Interacting with customer service online is simple. Click on the "Go to Customer Service Online" button and a pop-up window will appear asking for information it needs to verify your identity. This is to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. The first item it will ask for is the "WID Number". This number can be found in the upper left corner of your statement above your name and will usually start with a Letter such as "A", "K", or "H". In the second box it asks for your last name. Once both fields are completed, click the "LOGON" button to continue
